    the problem with this machine is that as soon as the on/off button is on the door locks and the prewash light flashes continuously, this is the 1st light on the vertical bar. the machine must be switched off before the door can be opened. The manual says unplug and call service.
    Any idea offault code.

    Try THIS ONE.

    Bear in mind that there are two pre-wash lamps – one lights for the above fault, the other if the child lock is set.
