    I don´t have the name of the manufacturer

    Is this a UK or German model?

    If it’s Antonio Merloni produced then it’s probably an EU wide software, looks that way from the part number you have.

    What’s the error code?

    Also, please try to keep it to one thread per problem, makes our life a lot easier keeping track of it all.

    516020201 is a valid Merloni part number.
