Hi guys, can you help ?

I have a 6 year old Bosch washing machine that is used daily.

Just recently, in the pause before it drains prior to spinning, there is an almighty sound of metal crashing for a bit then it drains and carries on its merry way.

I do have someone coming out to look at it next week. Over the phone he said it sounds like it’s either the pump or a loose foreign body that has got inside the machine.

    What’s your opinion?

My opinion would be to remove your filter, behind flap (bottom right) for foreign object/s

You’re both wrong….it’s an extremely shiny 10 cents (Euro) OOoo….I’m made up ( as they say in Liverpool ). Could this be the cause of my washing machine malfunction ? If so you guys may have saved me a call out fee. I’ll do another wash tomorrow and see.
