Bosch parts ID site

Hi – I have a problem with the ‘on-line ordering and identification system for Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau and Neff domestic appliance Spare Parts’
web site. The page comes up with the message

Hello , welcome to our online information and order management system.

but there is no box to input model no etc.

This is the URL i am using (and have used many times with no problem)

Has anyone else got this problem?
