Went to this machine today element fine and heated when tested.
Cust says appliance stops with 1 min to go, but sometimes heats and completes ok.
also when select Auto wash the lcd display says 199min is that normal?

    possibly pcb fault any ideas?

the time on auto wash will never be the same as it has fuzzy logic and works out the time it should take according to how long the last wash took hope this helps

Side tank probably got a build up of fat. Had this fault a couple of times recently and it was a fat build up on both.

Build of gunge in pressure chamber and ribbed hose between pressure chamber and tub can lead to low water levels on rinse cycles – low water level = no heating = extended wash time . These models start their initial time for the new cycle from the completed cycle time of the previous wash. i.e If the previous cycle went on washing for over 3 1/2 hours because of no heating then the next cycle selected would start at 199mins. This would also happen if you’d actually reapired a fault on the heating side. You would need to run a full cycle to get the timer countdown back on course after such a fault.
