Over the past few weeks and months I’ve installed a few ISE10’s for people myself. The rumours of me not being able to pick up a toolbox are more than a little overstated. 😉
It must be the simplest machine on the planet to demonstrate the use of!
Asides from that I’ve put in washers, dryers and stacked them as well.
But what’s struck me over the past few times as every one has been the same, is the exceptionally high level of satisfaction with the machines. Every single customer, without exception, has remarked on how simple, clear and easy they are to use. How quiet they are. How well built they feel. How stable they are… it just goes on.
A couple of the guys I know tell me the same and I was wondering if the rest of you have found the same thing?
Interestingly we’ve even not had a single call asking about the use of a 10 or the slightest murmur of them being in any way confusing or hard to use.

Nothing but nice comments on the 10s.
Installed a 5v2 this morning for Mr Pell down in Otley; been a customer for many years. Did a rinse and spin as part of the demo – machine ramped up into the spin and he says,
“It’s a credit to you , son”.What a nice chap. 😀

I havn`t installed as many 10`s as you guys have but on the ones I have done, customers have said the all the same things :tup:.

Only done three 10’s but we are talking the poverty stricken North West here. 😉
