I’ve been getting loads of calls, mails and PM’s about this so, to try to clear it up a bit…
The offer is for WTA members. If you’re not a member you won’t be able to view the forum that the info is in.
The WTA spawned from the subscriber forum, more info here on the history of that
More info on becoming a member here
If you need more information please ask on this thread please so that others can read it and it may well answer other people’s questions as well. Both Lawrence and I will do our level best to answer ASAP.
Thanks
K.

Hi K,
I’ve been a member of UK Whitegoods & Repairs@ since 23/12/2005.
How do I actually become a member of the WTA? I have registered with WTA. 😕 😳Alan

Hi Alan,
We never automatically switched anyone onto the TA unless they specifically asked for it as there was a cost involved. In other words, we didn’t just arbitrarily send out invoices to people.
repairs@ has always been a free service to UKW members. The TA does however use that as the benchmark for membership but the TA does have a cost attached to it.
All you need to do if you’re already on repairs@ is email me your trading name (’cause I don’t know them all off by heart ;)) and a note that you want to join on kwatt@ukwhitegoods.co.uk and I can email you back an invoice. It really is that simple.
If you’re not on repairs@ just email the request with a completed repairs@ form, you’ll find it in the downloads section or I can email you one and we can sort it from there. If however you don’t want listed on repairs@ just tell me and you won’t appear there.
Sorry this has all been covered in many threads as well as a couple of news items but probably not pulled together as concisely as this.

ParticipantHi obviously sounds good saving money on fuel 2-10p but have you got any more information regarding what petrol staions you get the discounted fuel from and how much?.
Im sure those who live in rural places and dont have the option to pick and choose from every station would be interested to know.June 19, 2008 at 5:44 pm #255193Dales-Electronic
