Have been trying to keep the cost of a washing machine repair to the minium for a retired couple who live down my road.
Instead of using UKWhitegoods which have never given a problem with turnaround I thought I would try Nettoparts in Denmark to keep the cost as low as possible.
Nine days later no heating element has turned up? No answer to my emails. No answer to my phone call and no reply to my fax from this company.
My customers are getting worried with no heating in their washing machine.
Does this company exist or have I had my credit card cleaned out?
Anybody heard or dealt with Nettoparts..

Back again after a lot of searching and proof of a real place thanks to Google Earth. Nettoparts seems to be a large farm holding in the middle of the Danish Island Haslev.
After more digging around in the Danish papers on the website I had found two new phone numbers for the locals to ring. Tried these numbers and surprise a real human voice answered.
Nettoparts does exist and after pointing out that the order went in on the 11th JUne they have sent the package out on Friday the 20th June and the Miele heating element arrived this morning on the 23rd June in a bubble package.
Very good price although the VAT is charged at 25{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} in Denmark. But will leave them for a while as they do not answer your emails, faxes or the answerphone from the UK.
UKWhitegoods answer all my emails quickly and locate parts without spending a day hunting around to find out if they exist.
Will not be so kind to old folk running around all day to save them money in the future.

    Hi cornwell40

As the washing machine was owned by a friend of the wife and a retired couple I used Google to search for Miele parts.
espares came up with £122.49 for the element, 4silverhillspares wanted £95.75 and after a quick email to UKWhitegoods it came right down to £34.95 plus P&P. (bless em) plus labour.

But Google also showed Nettoparts with VAT at 25{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} plus P&P all in to my front door for a total of £22.64 from Denmark.
Had sent yet another email to the company thanking them but still no reply from nettoparts@mail.dk
Parts fitted ok and heating restored once again after taking out the plastic pressure vessel that was completely blocked and caused the heater to turn on without any water in the drum?
Norfolk has hard water in our area around 450ppm Ca and the couple do not use Calgon water softner.
Old Miele running like new again aprox 18 years old?
