I have a Whirlpool side by side, model no: S20DRSS33, the icemaker has packed up, I have done the optics test, 2 flashes indicating a problem, but would like to bypass the infrared to see if the icemaker itself is OK before buying new boards. I found reference to putting a jumper across 2 wires in the receiver control, however it was for an american model with different coloured wiring, does anybody have the same details for the UK model?
