machine drains then nothing ,no water no spin even ifyou put it straight to spin?machine just over a year old thanks.dont have model number

Motor out of circuit is a good bet.

How do I know? It’s a bit new for the brushes to be finished, so motor itself or wiring I would think.

if it pumps then the service light comes on its going to b the heater down.
