    Hi

    This is my first posting so hello to everyone on the forum. Sadly I have a problem with my fridge/freezer.

    My samsung fridge was damaged yesterday during a house move and the smaller of the two doors is badly scratched. Is it possible to buy a replacement door and if so how much and from where.

    The model number is rs21ncms and I think its mist silver in colour. The damage is cosmetic only but really ruins the look so I need it sorting. Any help would be appreciated.

    If you look on the left hand side of the cabinet near the bottom you will see a stuck on label. If you go through the label you will see the serial number and the model number. If you can post the model number which ends with /XEU I should be able to help you with a part number. Reason – Samsung uses so many variations of both colour and door handle design we need the full specification.

    Got the number, its rs21ncms1/xeu

    Serial number is 847443cx10087n. Hope that will help identify the unit. Thanks in advance!!

    Fridge Door Part Number is DA91-01742L

    Freezer Door Part Number is DA91-01738L

    email spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk and they will be able to quote and source one for your.

    Before you order this make sure which side of the dispensor the water and ice dispensor is !!!
