Bosch Classixx 1200
E Nr. WAE24162UK/01I have logged a call with bosch ref. this problem but in the meantime, have double checked a few basic things like filters,etc. During this process, I found this underneath the machine => pic
The problem was that I could hear machine ‘spinning’ but the drum was not revolving.
What are those bits and pieces on the floor? Presumably the belt is involved iin driving the drum and has fallen out somehow??
Will this be covered under warranty?

Yes, looks like the belt has come off. The other bits are probably just discarded transit screws from when it was installed. Often if the belt comes off it’s because the drum bearings have failed, allowing the drum pulley to wobble.
