    Hi folks,
    Help me out with this one please

    set machine to quickwash, fills washes about 2 mins then drains and keeps draining , display stuck on 38.
    Customer says if puts on auto, displays 130m then sticks at about 46m

    checked for leaks and blockages, but this model slightly different to ones Im used to, has flowmeter etc

    Has also checked heater and stat, but cant get it to run long enough to check if it heats.

    Most likely the aquasensor housing has got crudded up. It is quite inaccesible and you may need to change the heater unit to cure 😥

    cheers mate, but surely the quickwash doesnt use the sensor?

    Every cycle uses the turbidity sensor IIRC.
    You may also find that each time you start a programme, the times may be different from the last; that is normal 😉
