    Bosch sps2462gb/19
Hi can anyone help me with a problem regarding the above machine.
It doesn’t wash but seems to run through the programme.
I managed to get it to run with the door ajar. There isn’t a great deal of pressure at the lower wash arm [ none at the upper] but also the water doesn’t get hot.
    Any ideas?

    Cheers

    Underfilling, I should think.

There is a hose running across underneath from the fill matrix to the sump, with an air bell on top. The odds are that it will be full of crud.

Be advised that these are exceptionally awkward machines to work on – you will need to remove the door outer and the lower front panel to even see the pipework.

Stay safe, power off if you intend to have a go at this yourself.

Hi thanks for that, I finally managed to get at it, as you said very hard to work on.
Unfortunately that was not the problem. Whilst I was there I pulled off the pump/motor and this was clear of crud as well.
On running the machine again it would seem that the pump/motor is noisy. As said previously there is pressure at the wash arm but
not enough to spin it [ the c connection is not split]. Having looked at the Bosch spare parts price list for either a pump or motor it would seem that the answer is to bin it.
I’m glad I just have to work on heatpumps.
