    I have had a few customers recently (one particularly vocal) with Vestel 2’s & 5’s, complaining that sometimes water remains in the fabric softener compartment after the wash cycle is complete, causing a problem when reloading for the next wash. This is not happening on every wash nor on any particular program. Has anyone else had this problem or suggest a solution.

    Thanks for the link Sean. I have already changed the draw and syphoning tube but the problem is still the same. Fabric softener is flushing away o.k. but leaving compartment full of clean water. Any suggestions.

    whats the water pressure like? Often get this problem on low pressure fills.

    Thanks for that suggestion. I will check water pressure on my next visit. I have to get this sorted by Thursday if possible. Any other ideas as what I might check?
