    Hi, any help replacing a bosch sgs6302GB/07Lower door seal would be very welcomed as its driving me nuts

    Power and door outer panel off. There are two hinge screws on each side. Remove the bottom ones and slacken the top ones so that they are just holding. The assembly should now be flexible enough to allow you pull out the cross piece.

    Mind the edges – some of them are extremely sharp.

    old one came out – but can’t get the new one in, I’m assuming that the plastic bits on the end of the new seal fit between the hing and the door and is kep in place with the lower hing screw. Had two of us trrying to day and we must be doing something wrong as can’t get it to fit

    Help!

    I usually take tension off and then just remove top screw of each of the hinges. Remove old seal and do reverse.
    Its a fiddle but do-able.
    The plastic does go between the door inner and the hinge,get one screw in slightly then do the other side.

    Watch them edges as stated before ❗
