    I called out to this one today, the customer nearly always uses the 44 min 40 degree program, however the machine does not start the cycle. If they select any of the normal cotton programs the machine operates fine.
    When I checked the machine it would not start the following programs 29 min 40 deg wash, 44 min 40 deg wash or the AA 40 deg wash.
    When any of those programs are selected all that happens is the door locks then you can hear the detergent compartment selector arm moving back and forth, and that is it. I let the machine run for about 15 minutes but it did not progress any further.
    Anyone else come across this problem?

    Had this a few times, change the timer/selector this should sort it!
    The part is only a tenner from Connect.
