TV production company Plum Pictures are putting together a new show for broadcast called The Complaints Department that looks into broken machines and are interested in investigating large domestic appliance failures.
The producers are looking to speak with people that have failed appliances and looking into how and why they failed for a new show, we think that is featuring James May although we’re not sure of that at this time.
If you have a broken machine and would like to really get to the bottom of how it failed then it may be worth giving the show a shout, maybe they can help you understand it or even perhaps fight your case for you.
