    Hi..

I have this appliance where according to UKWG fault code manual the error code indicates an ntc or module fault?

My querie is that straight away after a cycle the appliance constantly drains and fills at the same time whilst giving this error, prompting me to think its a module fault as i would think the ntc doesnt come into play until it is full of water?

    Please advise!!

I havnt read the manual but can confirm that a replacement ntc has worked both times I have had that fill/mt fault.

One of those actually worked after I merely removed and cleaned up the connection to the ntc.

Classic board fault is select, start, constant fill and drain. NTC unlikely to be involved. Had one this very afternoon doing this – removing the pcb showed the tracks to the triac array burnt, causing cross feeding to the pump triac.

Hoik it out and have a look. Triac failure in its own right can cause the problem but may not be visible.

    Chris.
