I’ve owned one of these for about 4 years and recently, after a wash, the top basket contents keep getting covered with a fine grit like substance. It’s annoying because you then have to hand wash the entire contents.
On closer examination there appears to be an outlet on the top of the machine which has a thread but no filter attached, could the absence of the filter cause this issue? If so does anybody know where I could source a new one? CheersRe: Diplomat 8332 Filter problem
No filter in the top. This ARTICLE makes interesting reading.
Start by stripping and thoroughly cleaning all the filters and spray arms and clean under the edge of the door seal as well – quiet horrible what accumulates under there.
