    Hello, I hope someone can help me! I have a Servis M6140AL serial number 20033009983 – 010077195-01 – s1/20303123 that does not complete the requested programme.
    It will fill with water (it has a cold feed going into it, not a hot feed), then pauses for a few minutes before emptying and then the programme ends, no spinning, no washing! I have tried a couple of programme at different temps and all do the same thing.
    If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!

    it sounds like a pcb problem to me.
    they are bad for dry joints.
    plug out before checking.

    Thanks, thats what i thought but wanted a bit more certainty before binning the washer!

    it must be worth taking the pcb off to check for a dry joint they can be sorted with a bit of soldering.
