    Hi all
Have been to see this machine today, when set to wash, water comes into pre wash, cycle then works for 10 mins then stops.
When timer is moved on all works again through to spin.
Heater and thermostats ok, could this be the timer?
Customer very keen to repair as this is first problem in 15 years
    Thanks
    John

It is a logic with a Crouzet timer.

    You have mail. 🙂

And if it doesn’t fix the problem you send it back for a refund! Can’t lose.

I usually factor in the water and energy usage of these old bangers when deciding whether to recommend repair or replace. Also how much longer can it be before the backplate rots or the enamel on the drum is eaten through?
