    grill element blown :rolls: ordered a new one from connect (£68.82 😯 ) part no. mercc00159828. waited 2 weeks for it to arrive :rolls: the bl{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}$^ thing is too big 😮 they say it is the correct one. any help much appreciated 😉

    This could get complicated. Two totally different manufacturers of this oven, Stoves & New World. Element for the Stoves one is as you have described, the New World one is a C00156689.

    Identify by looking at the doors seals, Stoves has a thickish seal with a metal vent along the top edge, seal is not continous.

    New World seal is thinner and continous along both compartment top edges, there is no gap to vent and the ends are glued.

    Also the Stoves models have a Stoves model number on the rating plate, nine digits long, beginning with 2.
