    Hi,
    I’m looking for some ideas if anyone can help –
    I have a Samsung RSH1DBMH fridge freezer.

    Recently the ice maker has stopped working and the water from the dispenser is no longer being cooled although it flows okay.

    Any suggestions could be really helpful.

    Hi

    Have you reset your ice maker ? read the manual ?.

    During this hottest weather the first 1/2 pint will come out warmer due to the water already in the pipes that run external to the fridge.

    As its an RHS1 then this should be under warranty if there are any defects and you need to contact 0870 SAMSUNG.

    Hi Bryan,
    I don’t think it is anything to do with the weather as the water is not being cooled at all. Recently I changed the filter and then ran about 30l through it – not cooling.
    I have also read the instructions. There is no mention of a reset. I have pressed the test button a number of times and the mechanism works fine, but no water comes through.
    I think it is still under warranty, but wanted to make sure it wasn’t something simple which I can sort out for myself.
