Bosch Duotronic Model number

Please can someone out there help me. I have a Bosch Duotronic Fridge freezer(15yrs old approx) that I cannot ID as the label has worn away over time due to cleaning the internals out.
I require a replacement bottle shelf for the fridge door as one of the ones we have has cracked where it clips onto the door and everwhere I go requests a model number.
The shelf dimensions are 49cm(W) x 4.4cm(h) x 11cm(D) and it has two holes either side for the metal retainer bar to sit in.
I did order one from the spares site as a graphical representation shown on the site of a shelf for the Bosch F/F’s indicated the right one but upon delivery it was shorter in width, deeper in height and had only one hole for the retainer bar(not bothered about that though) so had to send it back.
The F/F is in perfectly good working order and i must be able to get one somewhere I just don’t know where.
Oh i would of posted photo’s of the unit to help with id’ing it but i’m new to all this and didn’t know how to. 😥
