customer tells me this machine is stuck on a programe and not workng properly and she cant cancel or change the programes . she has turned off power and retried, can anyone advise what may be the cause, before I arrange a call out..

She has probably opened door before prog was finished – to cancel prog hold down P button for about 7 secs you will hear 4 or 5 beeps – prog can then be reset.
