Sanyo Microwave EMD9552

Hiyas,
Replaced the magnetron in this one and it appeared to work fine.
Recalled because it only works if the wire racks are removed.
(Machine has short and tall metal racks. These can be used in the microwave I believe).
Without the racks, food and drinks heat fine. When using the racks, the machine runs for a few minutes then switches off and display states “press start”. Press start and it repeats the same.
The racks also get hot and customer states they didn’t before fitting the magnetron.

Has anyone come across this problem before? Does anyone have a service manual for it?
