    hi this machine leaked over the kitchen now the machine starts to fill then the prewash light starts flashing any ideas thanks alan

    If you type Hotpoint ‘AND prewash AND flashes’ in that exact format without the quotes into the SEARCH box you will get plenty of reading material. 😉

    Blocked sump/pressure chamber is an obvious one but there are a few others.
