    Hi
I have an issue with my whirlpool 7550 where it stops through a cycle and leaves a load of waste water in the bottom under the dishes. The start button flashes 4 times then pauses.
I can reset it and sometimes it will work for a couple of washes.
I guess this could be something to do with the drain pump as the evacuation pipe is clear of blockages, or do you think there could be a blockage elsewhere, or dodgy pump?
Any help would be much appreciated.
    Kind regards Steve.

Four flashes is no drain detected in the time allowed. As you have water in the machine, you have a blockage somewhere (always worth checking the sink coupling, if applicable) or a failing pump. It’s a twist fit under the front if wish to investigate.

    Power off, first.
