If their products are as poor as the website i’ll stay well and truly distant. That’s my consensus anyway.

This thread is a typical view of Haier if you want more just type Haier into search for more of the same, then try some of the other brands 😉

“Search” option at the top of the page is a wonderful gizmo for information.

Well coolworks seams to be Argos own brand probably made by Haier, but nothing for HEC.

Great news Madrat!
I’ve got the full SP (as it were 😉 ) on HEC appliances and the news is good (hah so porkchop!)….as here is their ‘official’ response to your request : –

It’s in mandarin as you’ve probably sussed by now so don’t forget to read it backwards as they do otherwise you may ‘grasp the wrong end of the stick’ so to speak?:rotl:

Joke?
You asked a serious, no doubt concerned question of HEC appliances. I have moved mountains to obtain the answer you require. The result of which is all there in black & white (or maybe black & blue mostly) for you to read. And no, it’s not a ‘magic eye’….goodness gracious me……
Switch on your TV tomorrow afternoon to see the Olympic Games opening ceremony……….sponsored by many companies – including HEC
Confucius he say: “those that cast doubt on the truth will always be confused, those that seek it will be enlightened!”
Coincidentally this year (2008) is the Chinese year of the Madrat….spooky or what eh?

From a post in the trade section recently:

Deep and profound joy.
So that’ll be more of the Haier/Midea style stuff then. Quality might be better, might be worse……..
