Has anyone expirience on above. Customer said it wasnt emptying, Ive brougt it into workshop and it appears that there isnt enough water in m/c and only bottom spray arm is atempting to rotate. Ive stripped matrix although it was clean apart from the top left corner where there looks like a restrictor of some sort that looks a bit furred up but is still moving. Anyhelp appreciated guys.

cant find that enr no only sgs56e02gb/35?
most common reason is blockage in the hose from the front of the sump to the small pressure chamber on the left side in front of the matrix, or a blockage in this small chamber.

    cheers

Chances are you’ve got the number slightly wrong? I would guess it’s a SGS56E02GB/35 as Dave suggests.

The water level is just lapping the salt container collar in fact and should then give a healthy burst of spray force. Bearing in mind that on this model it has a ‘water point distribution system’ and at any point in time only either the top or the bottom spray arm will be working at any time. (the changeover every 55 secs or so).

You haven’t mentioned if the pump is running OK but I assume it is?

That being so, then lift out the rubber one way valve from the pump chamber area a flush the matrix/drain hose system back through into the machine with a blast from a compressed air drain unblocker or a high pressure blast of cold water. That should clear any likely blockage!

    HTH?
