Hi. Went to see this t’other day. Reported fault was prog sticking at 16 mins.. consistently. Got there, found flooded base, so tipped back and emptied. Did a reset and it started OK on a 32min quick wash.

Slowly the base began to fill again and I thought OK this is a leak. Customer then began to confuse issue slightly by stating that it would stick at 32mins.

Will be going back when I have all the bits I need but in the meantime could anybody tell me if the sticking programme is caused by the base flood?

Or could it be the aquasensor crudded up? There’s no flowmeter on this one. Not too keen on fixing the leak and then finding we still have the timing problem.

    Thanks, Mike.

Sticking programme can be caused by crudded up pressure chamber but also need to check insulation on heater as well of course.

Leaking can be anything from a leaking circulating pump, overflowing pressure chamber, salt cap or leaking inlet hose coupling to a tiny pin hole rusted through the stainless tub?

When the base floods and the anti flood device trips the programme will count down for a period and then stop. Likely as not as in this case where 32 mins shows.

    HTH?
