    ceramic top just flashes when oven or grill is on .turn oven off ceramic top works.if you turn oven on while ceramic top is on as soon as you set temp ,ceramic goes off.would it be boards or a stat any help would be great.M

    wiring in terminal block prob neutrals not screwed down enough ?
