    Got a call from a customer, haven’t seen the machine yet but she sent me a phone vid of what it’s doing. Any ideas? I’m guessing the control board.

    She says starts up ok, fills and when it goes into the wash it the fault occurs. It does it for 5 mins and then works ok and finishes the wash.

    Hiya,
    Check to see which circulation pump is fitted. I’d guess it’s the Askoll and it’s guffed.
    Not sure about the pcb dying, could be a leak too, spraying water.
