ZCE 7701 customer says the knobs are getting hot when the hob and main oven are used I ran it for a few minuites but it seemed ok cooling fan working as it should. when she used the grill she didnt notice any problem. anyone come across this before? I said I’d call back and strip it down to inspect if the fault persisted.
