A Bosch WBB24759GB/01 monster 10kg machine in fact, not pumping. But the pump is OK and there is a live feed to in but no neutral from it back to the module. My problem is not knowing how the hell I can access the control module? 🙁

It would be handy to have a service manual that details how to access the front and top panels as it seems far from obvious to me. 😳

Also a wiring chart would be handy as these beasts have 2 modules but the pump appears to be controlled by the module at the top rather than the power module in the base?

The programme display doesn’t show any error warning either and it will do a full 19 minute spin only cycle without showing a fault at all – very odd! 😕

The heater is fine as is the motor but can’t access the rest.

Hope you can help me please? 🙂

    Mike,

When you say “exploded diagram” do you refer to a wiring diagram or just the spare parts illustration?

    Re: Gert big Bosch problem:(

    Just the spare parts illustration.
If you found that exploded diagram,I would have thought that 4 screws (0108) covered by 4 caps (0109) would get the fascia off. Then you go to page 4 to find wirng harness to pump (0435).
    HTH, Mike.
