I had a problem with the drainage pump – the ‘fan’ had come away from the pump and was causing a loud grinding noise. I pushed it back on and everything seemed fine.

Now when I Turn the machine on the pump starts to drain and then after about 10 seconds the machine starts to bleep continuously with the pump still draining.

I feel that it needs resetting somehow but I am not sure how to.

It is possible that the pump was overloading its solid state switch on the circuit board when it was making the noise. This can cause the device to go short circuit so the machine pumps continuously. The diagnostic circuitry then detects a fault and starts the alarm. Perhaps one best left to the professionals.

just found a copy of the user manual if u didnt have one to hand

    http://safemanuals.com/user-guide-instr … LE1416W-_E

i would definatly look into getting an appliance engineer round to take a look no doubt he will fix it and save you alot of time it sounds like some bearing or cap on the fan has got a fault with it or somthing along them lines as you say u found that
