going tomorrow to see this …user says machine is very confused..no lights, door locks but no action..to open the door she has to switch off and wait…any clues or info would be welcome…i would like to clear this one tomorrow as a) its abit off my area and b) its the bank holiday weekend.

richardcould well be as simple as brushes, may be either board or the blue loom that goes between the two tho….
