    Took the good advice given here, unscrewed the back panel, allowed time for all the ice build up to thaw, then replaced. So far so good, no further pooling of water at the bottom of the freezer. However the motor now sounds very noisy. Its like a rattling, vibrating sound. Any suggestions please.
