I wonder if anyone can plaese help, we have the above machine & it leaks out the soap drawer when it starts, but not when it’s rinses. I’ve cleaned the gunk as much as I can & it’s still doing it.
I’m a heating engineer & work with electrics/water all the time repairing boilers and I’ve repaired the machine in the past.

Have a look in the main wash area of the powder dispenser and see if the powder/liquid divider is in the correct way. A quick check is to take it out and see if the water goes through correctly, also check that the rear flap is not jammed in the down position.

Is your hot water fed from a combi boiler, if it is then your hot water pressure may be to high. Turn the hot water pressure down a little using the hot tap, not the mains until you get a nice steady flow, not a gushing sound.
