Machine was initially dead, water heatsink sprung a small leak in the control board assembly, replaced 600v diode in SMPS circuit, repaired the leak, pump resistance is 35 ohms (240vac)works ok out of circuit, hall effect position sensors and main motor checked, water inlet valves are 14.8ohms each, lid swith ok.Swiched on machine. It pulses on water fill and drain, level fill sensing not working.
    The error code is 00001010.
I figure that the control board may need more board level repairs, but hopefully the error code may point me in some direction of component replacement location, cheers for any help.

Error code suggests thermistor fault. Technically this is not an applicable code for your machine, but you never know.

Afraid we’re not much cop on the board level stuff.

Penguin if you’re refering to the phase 1-5 fault code 10 “00001010” then F&P have made an error relating to this particular fault code. The MW051 is a phase 2 machine with a blue motor controller. No mater what machine the motor controller is installed into LW015, MW051 or GW501 the thermistor is still used to measure the water temperature by the micro.

Fault code 10 “00001010” can’t be generated by a “Phase 5” motor controller in a LW095 or MW059 machine as they don’t have a thermistor installed. This fault code is valid for “Phase 5” motor controller in a GW machine as it has a thermistor installed.
