    Hi,

    Help! Can anybody tell me how to replace the light bulb in a Schrieber Model APM 6125 fridge without wrecking the plastic surround?

    The booklet that came with the fridge is of no use. There are some plastic lugs which I gently levered and a screw which I removed to see if I could access the light but no luck. I have no wish to blindly apply more force in case I break something.

    Is there an instruction manual or knowledge out there that could assist?

    No just brute force – anticlockwise, quite often the housing and bulb holder are melted during use and have to be replaced but you might get lucky. Power off please

    Thanks for that info. Guess I need to check on spare housing and bulb holder!
