    Hi Guys,

    been to this dishwasher today. No heat, heater ok, 2 stats screw in type, one is open circuit, one closed. Are they both supposed to be closed?
    Hope someone can help.

    One is the temperature ‘stat and the other is a cut out. (red spot). They should both be N/C.

    Thanks Steve, it’s the stat on the right hand side when looking at the machine from the front. Cutout stat?

    Easy test – pull the tags off and connect them temporarily together and see if it starts to heat. The cut out in the photo (Connect) shows a red spot on the back of the stat between the tags.
