    Not been to see this one yet but customer tells me Er:15 in display.
    Can’t find any reference to this fault code, customer reckoned she was using the grill at the time.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Bryan , Er:15 is a ‘cooker too hot’ error – it means the interior of the oven has gone above 350*C and locked the door.

    Never seen the fault personally so have no idea what might be the cause

    Thanks for the reply and yes the door did lock on at the time of the fault.

    PTC sensor reading 520 ohms at room temp which seemed about right to me, any idea on how to clear this fault code from the display ❓ 😕
