I’ve inherited a job when the customer was left hanging! Original fault, overfilling was cured by replacing pressure switch. Now machine fills then aborts, pumps out, leaving lights 1,2 & 3 flashing & 5 on. Machine is clean & immaculate, no blockages, components test ok. Any ideas?

E7 – flow meter fault. Computer needs re-setting to clear.
Reset Procedure
Switch on and press the programme button 4 times, within 3 seconds. The 1st and 5th lamps should light…….. Press once more to extinguish LED1. You may have to do this several times before it works! Assuming that it does, switch off, count to 10, switch on and run the rinse programme only.Penguin45.

Thanks, that got it going, but after running rinse ok I set it to normal wash. Worked for 10 mins. then aborted with smell of burning which I traced to door wiring hot and melted into soundproofing. Still to investigate why, but think there must a heater or circ. pump fault for it to generate that heat after such a short time. Will keep you posted.
