    I have lost the fan and lights when switching the hood on but still have power to the small indicating lights on the front of the hood. small pop and spark then nothing. i have the model with touch buttons not sliders.

    any advice?

    yes unplug it and have a look to see where its gone pop from 😆 , but seriously without looking at it we can only guess and if its gone pop it should be pretty obvious they are pretty simple appliances, switch bank,module,motor.
