Our Candy Washer Dryer has had a fluffy rug washed in it and now the water will not drain completely out of the bottom. After looking for the fluff filter one cannot seem to be found, is there one or any other filter i can clean to rectify this problem?

the filter is behind the kick strip, at the bottom of the machine

be warned though, u may have to remove the pump, and clean the sump out as well, several times

that was probably the worst thing you could have washed

Thanks, there is no kick strip at the bottom of the machine, it is completely, sealed. I probably should have mentioned it is a built in appliance, sometimes they are usually under a flap in the side or back, but it isnt. Am i probably better takin the back/top off and having a look?

It wasn’t me who put it in…a very stupid housemate with no common sense!

    Cheers

youre gonna need to get it out

and look underneath to find the sump and pump

it will be blocked, although it might be worth, since its integrated , to check the sink trap first?
