My machine has given up and is displaying the F05 fault.
    The machine will not empty.
I’ve checked the filter – no blockages, impellor moves round freely
I’ve checked the outlet pipe – no blockages there.
I’ve checked the large black pipe underneath the machine – no blockages there.

The motor seems to be quite hot though.

Could it be that the pump is actually broken?

Any other problems likely to cause these symptoms?

    Thanks for your kind attention.

f05 is pressure switch stuck on full

    usually, its a blocked pump
f11 is failure to activate pump, so quite possibly, it just needs a new pump

Thanks for taking time to reply Helo_75.

My machine is a WD12X although it doesn’t say it is a WD12XUK am I correct in assuming it is as I purchased it in the uk?

If not a WD12XUK will the below piece fit my WD12X anyhow?

like all pumps, the rear of the pump unit would definatley transfer over, but an email to spares@ on the link below will supply you with the correct pump

the correct model number is written on a sticker on the inside of the door, on a sticker around the door seal

are you not able to use a multimeter to confirm the pump is dead?

No I dont have use of a multimeter so would have to risk the part.
However the pump is getting prettyhot, so I assume power is getting to it but it isnt working, does this sound feasable?

Thanks for the info re ordering new part.

if its getting hot, yes the power is there, so a new pump should cure it

    good luck
