    hi i have repalcec the hinges on a nefff k4513x0gb/03 because the door wasn’t closing but the fault is exactly the same. the only thing i think it can be is either the door or a twisted cabinet. anyon confirm

    Have you completely emptied the fridge and tried ???.

    maybe theres something in the way… these guys are only trying to help!

    maybe theres a shelf not fitted right.. or the usual pop bottle catchin on the door rack?

    how on earth would the cabinet twist?

    were the hinges worn to start off with ie: black powder all down the sides, from memory there are spacers to fit with the new hinges aswell were they fitted ? also is the decor door catching somewhere ?

    Hi everyone wasn’t being funny just dont see how fridge being empty would make any difference. i took the fridge out of the cupboard and leveled it up with nothing in. and the door still doesn’t shut. there is an identical fridge next to it and it shuts perfectly. i have left lots of feeds on here and i know people are only here to help wasn’t being nasty!!!!!
