    The Start/cancel and on/off buttons are stuck back in the front panel. The machine is 2 weeks outside its guarantee. Can anybody tell me what is likely to need replacing and how easy it will be to do? Hotpoint aren’t being very helpful and want a £100 call out fee just to look….

    to be honest, if you tyake the lid off, remove the bezel, take off the pcb…. itll go back together if you take your time

    they do that a lot… unless the pegs on the control fascia have broken, but its rare…

    where in the world are you?

    oh, and plug out if your going in….
